I’ve been hesitant to commit to leasing an office with the current COVID situation still in flux. If I were to sign a year lease and the government decided to restrict my type of business again, I’d still be on the hook to pay the rent without bringing in income. So, I’ve decided to restructure and build a practice that is somewhat pandemic proof. I’ve decided to invest in renovating a home office outbuilding at my Branch, Michigan property to film new abdominal digestive classes and potentially see clients that want to travel to the area. New flooring is in, HEPA air filter purchased as well as a fresh air exchange fan. Cleaning and staining the outside will happen soon. I’ll need to add a bathroom before seeing clients. Since I’m located a bit off the beaten path I may offer overnight accommodations for clients once the bathroom is completed. The cabin sits in a wooded area overlooking the river where my husband and I kayak and watch the salmon jump and spawn. The porch of the cabin is my favorite spot to enjoy my tea and decompress. I hope to share it with you someday! In the meantime, here are some photos of my progress…

By the way….Registration for my online courses opens in March for one week only!
