In this article, we will explore natural methods for enhancing ovarian health. We will discuss the importance of circulation and mobility for these vital organs.
Join us on a journey to discover practical techniques for nurturing your ovaries naturally.
Proper circulation to, from, and around the ovaries is vital for optimal physiological function. All organs, including the uterus and ovaries, have unique motility and mobility. When organs lose their mobility due to adhesions, congestion, structural restrictions, or metabolic overload, their function declines.
According to the Chi Nei Tsang approach, if one ovary is higher than the other, the higher one drains into the lower one, becoming dry and tight, which affects its function.
In the Womb Care online course, I demonstrate how to perform ovarian and uterine self-massage, as well as pelvic health exercises, to balance the flow between the two. The following video is a sample from the Womb Care online course and should not be performed outside of the course context.
Since no one organ works in isolation, I’ve included general abdominal massage as well. If there’s an issue with the ovaries, the liver, intestines, and kidneys may play a role. Where the symptoms manifest isn’t necessarily where the problem originated. Sometimes, I’ll manipulate the cecum, sigmoid, and small intestine first, and that’s enough to clear pain around the ovary.
In the Womb Care online course, I teach you how to massage your uterus, small intestines, and do the ovarian techniques yourself. The Womb Care online course offers education in anatomy and physiology. It also covers manual techniques, movement, and supportive therapies for reproductive health. Over 5 hours of video tutorials, plus 10 hours of recorded Womb Zoom meetings, and 10 ebooks included.
I’ve also created an online course for working with abdominal scars and restrictions. At this time, if you buy the two courses together you’ll be offered a special discount on the second course ($50 off). Once you start the checkout process you will be offered a special discounted rate.
