In this module, we go beyond the typical “just eat more fiber” recommendation. We will cover hydration, lubricating foods, herbal remedies, vagal nerve exercises, fermented foods, and lifestyle/movement changes to relieve constipation.
Module 4: Abdominal Massage
In this module, you’ll learn self-abdominal massage techniques to increase bowel transport time, reduce bloating, and relieve constipation! These techniques are inspired by over two decades of working with thousands of bellies. You will learn specific techniques for the small intestine, sigmoid, cecum, ascending, descending, splenic, and hepatic flexure of the colon. Learn abdominal massage for constipation.
Module 5: Exercises to get the bowels moving
In this module, you’ll learn how to use your breath and body to enhance colon motility, relieve constipation, reduce gas and bloating, and improve pelvic floor function.

Meet the Instructor
I’ve massaged thousands of bellies over the last 26 years, and I can honestly say each one is uniquely beautiful and has a story to tell.
I have a heartfelt enthusiasm for teaching people how to care for their reproductive and digestive organs, abdomens, and pelvic floors. What lights me up is seeing people connect with the inner beauty and wisdom of their bodies through these abdominal massage trainings.
