Restorative Exercise

Restorative Exercise (RE) is the biomechanics of natural human movement for optimal function.  RE was developed by my teacher Katy Bowman a biomechanical scientist.  RE is based on the science of biomechanics which is a blend of kinesiology (the science of human movement), Newtonian physics and geometry.   She developed this model of biomechanical preventative health when she noticed a relationship between many common diseases such as cardiovascular disease, joint degeneration, osteoporosis, and foot issues with poor physical alignment.  RE helps you use your body the way it was designed to be used to maximize cellular regeneration and decrease cellular degeneration.   RE helps you achieve full body natural movement by building motor skill, strength to weight ratio, increase healthy muscle activity and correct joint articulations.

As a Restorative Exercise Specialist I teach you how to move in alignment so you can move through life in a natural, disease and pain free way.
