This hour long webinar is a cost effective way for you to learn the basic gait essentials that you will need for full body alignment. These exercises are Restorative Exercises™ that are designed to reduce stress risers in the body that lead to oesteoporisis, cardiovascular disease, foot, knee, hip and spinal degeneration.
